Dreams within Dreams

Very, very detailed dream but as the morning goes on the less I begin to remember.
I had a dream within a dream, if that makes sense. Or more like a dream about the future of the dream, and then witnessed it. I was a teenager in some small England school. I was getting a birthday present ready for the teacher. I put together different types of foods the teacher liked, wrapped them very pretty and wrote a long letter about how the class appreciated him and it was an amazing letter - an oscar winning letter. I put that on top of the gift. I took into the class. I then thought in my mind, how his reaction would be when he got the gift. I start to play out in my dream, within the dream, me reading the letter out loud to him in front of the class "Dear Mr so and so, your work to us over the past 4 years has been inspirational - the 5 pounds that you gave us to save classmate so and so does not convey the emotion and etc we have". The class all cheered for the teacher afterwards and the teacher was all humble and happy - classic movie ending.

But then it took me back to before the teacher arrived - I was in the classroom with the students and we were waiting for the teacher to come in. Instead, the head of the school came in - a stereotypical, short, fat mean school master. He came in, asked us what we were going on about, saw the gift, and started opening each of the carefully wrapped presents and started picking at the food. We were so upset.

And then the teacher finally arrives, and gets mad at US for bringing food to the classroom, he wouldn't even let us explain. I said "i want to explain" and the teacher, all angry, says "go ahead! explain!" so I open the letter and start to speak out loud wobbly... "Dear Mr So and so...words cannot describe how you have influenced us over the years, etc". The teacher, still upset, listened politely and then says OK thanks and orders us to take the presents out of the classroom and we should know better than this.

Meanwhile, during different parts of this dream off and on - I am somewhere else, in a bedroom somewhere with different layer of sheets all over the place, and a man is lying to me about how they feel. And then they laugh at me because I believe them and they walk out the room, while my parents are outside telling me stop being noisy.
